Updates & Information:

  • Please remember students cannot be dropped off at school before 7:30am. With staff not scheduled to report until 7:20am, there is no guarantee that there will be anyone available to monitor students who are dropped off before that time. This is crucial to student safety, so please adhere to the official drop-off time of 7:30am.

  • Please remember to complete the annual volunteer registration if you plan to volunteer at the school at any time this year. This includes participating in class field-trips and/or special events. The volunteer registration expires each year, however it can be updated by simply coming into the front office before the end of September and completing the update on the registration computer. Remember, if your volunteer registration expires before you update it in September, you will have to begin the process all over (including the background check) which may delay your ability to participate in field-trips and special activities.

  • Please be sure to sign and return the letter confirming that you have read and agree to follow the Central Elementary and Orange County Schools policies and expectations governing student behavior.

  • On behalf of Orange County Schools, we welcome you to join us for the 2nd Annual Health & Resource Fair on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the Big Barn Convention Center at 388 Ja-Max Drive in Hillsborough from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. Join us as we navigate through topics such as Safety, Nutrition, Wellness, Child Care, Fitness, Fun and More! Both Sports Physicals and Immunizations for Children & Adults will be offered on site.
