This is true for any student currently domiciled within Orange County Schools, no matter if the student attends charter, private, or has moved into the district from another school district. The Parent or Guardian contacts the assigned school directly for more information.
This is the process completed when a parent or guardian, currently domiciled within the Orange County Schools, wishes their child to attend a school different from their assigned school. The Parents or Guardians would first submit a Discretionary Transfer application during the Board approved application window.
