Who We Are...

Grady A. Brown Elementary School is located about three miles southwest of historic Hillsborough.  The facility, built in 1975, serves area kindergarten through fifth graders from the Orange County Schools District.  The school was named for Mr. Grady Anderson Brown, who was a well respected teacher, coach, and principal at the old Hillsborough High School.

Our Vision...Our vision for students at GAB is to develop good citizens and lifelong learners who are able to work as a team and are prepared for the 21st Century through: self reliance, risk taking, problem solving and independent thinking. Grady A. Brown Elementary students will be:
