- The Orange County Health Department (OCHD) and the Orange Partnership for Alcohol and Drug Free Youth has partnered with Orange County Schools (OCS) to conduct the 2019 Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) for 2019, for students in grades seven, nine and eleven. The YRBS is a means of gathering concrete information on reported health behaviors and attitudes of adolescents that can be used to guide instruction, services and programs offered by OCS and OCHD.

Keeping Orange High School Safe - Community Tip Line
Orange High School encourages students, parents, staff, and community members to report any harassing, bullying, abusive, or unsafe behavior as soon as possible to a school district official, or when appropriate, to law enforcement.
Anyone who has a concern may fill out this online form and it will be forwarded to the appropriate person who can best address the specific situation. Personal contact information is not required, but is highly recommended so that we can contact you in the event we need more details to address the situation, clarify information or provide follow-up.
