• Submit a Tech Ticket Request

    For Student Laptop Support please complete the following steps: 

    1. CLICK HERE to Visit the OCS Helpdesk Ticketing Site


         2.  Once on the OCS Helpdesk Ticket Site, you will need to click on the "Submit Support Ticket" as shown below -














         3.  Enter your OCS email -this will already be filled if you logged into the ticketing system using your OCS Google Account.  

         4.  Add a brief subject line









         5.  Indicate the problem device 










         6.  Add your location












         7.  Describe the problem - Be as specific as possible









         8.  BE SURE TO HIT SUBMIT!







         9.  Once a ticket has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.


    You can log back in anytime to check your ticket status.
