    1. Do Not bookmark the NcEdCloud log in page
    2. Make sure you are login into the NcEdCloud using the following link: https://my.ncedcloud.org/
    3. Double-check to make sure you are typing your Studnet Number correctly and the caps lock button is not pressed when entering your passwords
