  • RFP ANNOUNCEMENT: Potential After School Vendors are invited to apply via proposal for the opportuity to oversee the After School Program in Orange County Schools. Please click here to find the RFP posting. Proposals are due by February 22nd at 4pm.

     

    At this time, the OCS After School Department is UNABLE to provide care on Early Release Days or Teacher Work Days. Based on our current financial situation, we have also determined we are UNABLE to provide SUMMER CAMP this year. Thank you for your understanding!     The After School Department has MOVED into the main building of the Welcome Center (immediately behind the reception desk on the 2nd floor), effective January 1, 2024!  

Afterschool Program Registration Forms

  • Students are officially registered for the program once registration fees of $30 per student are paid, along with prepayment of the current billing cycle and you receive a phone call or email directly from the After School Program Office. There is currently a wait list for many schools, so you will be notified when a seat for your child opens up.

    The registration process transitioned to an entirely online format effective January 2024.


    Please note that late pick-ups (after 6:05pm) are fined at $10.00 per child for every ten minutes.

  • Withdrawing Your Child From After School Programming

    As noted on the billing schedules, a 2-week notice is required to withdraw your child from ASP. This is because we often have wait lists that need to be reviewed, and notification of seat availability so families can make the necessary arrangements.
