Welcome to the Orange County Schools 2025-2026 Back to School Guide, your one-stop-shop filled with resources to help your student have a successful school year! Whether your student is entering Kindergarten or will be walking across the stage, we're here to support you and your student.
New to Orange County Schools?
Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is currently open for all families ready to enroll their student in Orange County Schools. If you still need to enroll with us in any grade from Pre-K through 12th grade, visit the Enrollment and Assignment page:
If you and your student are in need of additional support, such as language access, please contact our Family Engagement Team for further assistance.
Academic Calendars: Traditional and Year-Round

Open House / "Meet the Teacher" Nights
All open house sessions will take place on Thursday, August 21 for all schools on the traditional calendar.
- Elementary Schools: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- Middle Schools: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- High Schools: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Translation and interpretation will be available at all open house sessions. Please check your email for communication from your child's principal with further details about open house.
