Strategic Plan 2021-26 Priorities, by June 2026: Goal I: Proficient Teacher Retention Rate above NC State Average (89.9%). Goal II: Create & implement annual OCS Employee Survey resulting in 90% of all employees & employee subgroups indicating OCS is a good place to work and grow.
