Project Address: 1900 New Hope Church Road, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, 27514
Owner: Orange County Schools
General Scope of Work: Replace existing standing seam metal roofs and flush seam metal wall panels. Provide coverboard, self-adhering underlayment, and warrantable prefinished standing seam metal roof and flush seam metal wall panel systems. Provide below grade storm drainage system at both canopies.

Bidding Requirements
All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. Bid security in the amount equal to not less than 5% of the gross amount of the bid is required.
A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of the contract is required. Submit questions to REI Engineers, Inc. in writing to the Project Manager's email address listed above no later than 5:00 PM at least 10 days prior to the bid due date.
Pre-Bid Meeting
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 9:00 AM on 09-26-2024 at the project address listed above. Attendance is mandatory.
