Facility Use Requests
Applications for all facility requests are currently being accepted, subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APPLICATION PROCESS HAS CHANGED TO MAKE IT MORE EFFICIENT FOR ALL USERS.
If interested in requesting the use of any of our facilities, please complete & submit this online form (English) this online form (Spanish). Requests should be submitted no later than 3 weeks in advance. After notification of approval, all costs/fees associated with the rental are due 7 days in advance of first use.
ATHLETIC FACILITY RENTALS: Because of the volume of requests, athletic facilities are available on a seasonal basis (for up to 3 months) based solely on space and custodial availability.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Efland-Cheeks Global Elementary and Central Elementary schools are not available for new requests. Construction is being done at both schools from 2023 through 2025. This page will be updated as the situation changes. Thank you for your understanding.
