Diana Ciarochi Named January 2026 Classified Employee of the Month!

Congratulations to Diana Ciarochi, Exceptional Children’s Teacher Assistant at Hillsborough Elementary School, for being named the OCS Classified Employee of the Month for January 2026! 

This program organized by OCS Human Resources recognizes classified employees—non-licensed staff—who provide essential support services to the school system and work in positions such as:

• Administrative staff (e.g., office assistants, clerks)
• Custodians and maintenance workers
• Bus drivers and transportation staff
• Teacher assistants (paraprofessionals)
• School nutrition staff
• Technology support personnel
• Physical and Occupational Therapists

Diana Ciarochi was nominated by a fellow Dolphin, and here’s why:

“Diana is such an important member of our dolphin pod! She goes above and beyond to support the student she works with and ensures that everyone around her has what they need. She shows up every day with a positive attitude and always brings her best. 

“She creates resources, collects data, and brings warmth to not only her students but to teachers, staff, and the rest of our dolphins. Our staff and students love Mrs. Diana and we are so grateful that she is part of our team!”
