Share Your Feedback on Math Curriculum Resources

During the 2024-2025 school year, Orange County Schools (OCS) is now conducting a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals for math core curriculum resources (K-12).

To complete this process, a review committee consisting of district leaders, school administrators, teachers, coaches, and instructional support specialists representing all thirteen (13) OCS schools from Kindergarten to 12th grade are now working diligently to review curriculum resource proposals.

At this time, OCS has identified a group of math core curriculum finalists for additional review. During the final review phase, OCS encourages input from all of our community stakeholders.

What kind of math person are you? Question on the board at one of our Orange County Schools elementary schools, because everyone is a math person!

Samples of curriculum resources from each of the finalists will be displayed at the Orange County Schools Welcome Center for public viewing and feedback. All visitors will have the option to complete a short survey and submit feedback for each of the finalist curriculum resources.

An introduction for all visitors will be available in English and Spanish. Interpretation services will be provided on April 14 and 15 or by appointment (for interpretation, contact Sandra Blefko at sandra.blefko@orange.k12.nc.us or via phone at 919-452-4847).
