Parents/Guardians: If you are interested in receiving the State issued NC Pandemic Electronic Benefits Card (P-EBT) for the 2020-2021 school year, you must complete the Free/Reduced lunch application and be eligible for your child to receive the Free and/or Reduced Lunch. P-EBT provides food assistance benefits on a debit-like Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) to North Carolina families whose school-aged children (PreK - 12th grade) are eligible to receive free or reduced-price meals at school.
