Thanksgiving Holiday Wishes from OCS Superintendent Dr. Felder

As we enter with anticipation into a celebration of thanks and fellowship, this year in particular I have been asking myself and all of us: “What’s going well?” I certainly look forward to being around the table with loved ones for all-time favorites (pass the sweet potato pie, please), but the time spent this fall learning around the table from our students and staff has brought me immense joy that moves me to gratitude that I hope you will share.

OCS Regular Schedule, Monday, October 3, 2022

OCS will open Monday, October 3, 2022, on regular schedule. Thank you again to all our students, staff, and families for your patience during preparations for and the arrival of remnants of Hurricane Ian. As you know, the impact has been significant across our community with power outages, fallen trees, and flooding which are still being addressed by emergency authorities.  Note: We expect some bus routes may be affected Monday, with crews still clearing road debris around Orange County on Sunday evening. Some school meals may also be modified on Monday.
