IT Help Deck During Distant Learning

In place of submitting a Tech Ticket online through the usual website, all tech support us now being done through the  IT Support Help Line (919-245-4014).

 

If the IT Support Help Line is busy, please email ocshelpdesk@orange.k12.nc.us. This will create a help ticket. Please ensure the email contains:

  • Student (staff) name
  • Phone number
  • Description of the problem

IT will call back and work through the issue on the phone.

 

Note: Laptop Switch out for broken computers is only happening on Monday’s at Gravely Hill. Be sure to have your email or phone submitted as soon as possible as there is a waitlist for laptop switch-outs.
