Keeping Orange High School Safe - Say Something
Click Here to submit secure & anonymous safety concerns.
Here at Orange County Schools (OCS), our priority has always been the safety and well-being of our students and staff. We believe that being proactive—especially when it comes to safety and well-being—is one of the most important things we can do.
Say Something is a youth violence prevention program run by Sandy Hook Promise, a national nonprofit. It empowers students and staff to submit anonymous safety concern tips through an app, website or phone call. To put it simply, this program is meant to enhance the student protections already in place.
We’ve included information about what the app is, how students can use it and why we’re adopting it in our schools below. Sherita Cobb, our director of student support services, is happy to answer additional questions. You can reach her at 919-245-4109 or at sherita.cobb@orange.k12.nc.us.
